Invitation à l’Université de Bayreuth

L’Université de Bayreuth m’a invité pour participer au Cluster annuel du département Africa Multiple. Je suis très heureuse d’avoir eu l’opportunité d’assister à ce Cluster, de rencontrer des personnes incroyables , d’apprendre sur divers sujets. Enfin, de découvrir toutes ces initiatives , recherches produites sur le continent . ( Nigéria, Ghana, Kenya , Burkina Faso ) . Je suis heureuse d’avoir été témoin de ces échanges, que je partagerai bientôt avec vous ( car je suis sûre que nombreux d’entre vous seront intéressés par ces divers sujets ). J’ai été aussi très honoré de pouvoir présenter le Knownledge slam . Qui a choisi la forme du Pecha Kucha comme format de présentation , pour permettre aux chercheurs d’introduire leurs travaux académiques , leurs expériences et leurs idées . Cette initiative nous a permis de poser une question essentielle : “Le numérique : une solution difficile ou un défi à relever ? ”

The Knowledge Slam has chosen Pecha Kucha™, a particular presentation format established in Japan, to allow researchers to present their academic work in projects, their experience, ideas and struggles. Pecha Kucha™ visualises and prompts the viewer to think in new ways about the digital in academia, and we hope it invites researchers to engage and enjoy the digital, too.

We are particularly interested the exchange of ideas regarding how the digital can impact, expand and even enhance the way academic research is done today.

Or simply put: Invite researchers to engage and enjoy the digital.

Seven presentations will introduce the audience to a visualisation of the digital across various topics: from archives, photography, publications, and memories, to digital concepts such as fluid ontologies or the options of a digital market place and sustainability as offered in the DRE.
